Patience is Key: All Chems Fingerboard Decks are custom made after your order is placed. Your Chems Deck will normally will ship within 1-4 days, but please allow up to 8 days (or two weeks during holiday season) for your custom-made fingerboard order to be processed and shipped. This time can be due to large order volume etc. Rest assured, as the sole person behind Chems FB, I am dedicated to working as efficiently as possible to fulfill and ship each order promptly.

Non-Fingerboard Deck Orders: For non-fingerboard deck orders, I typically ship within 1-3 days after the order is placed. However, please keep in mind that shipping times may vary based on the day and time of your order. Kindly allow up to one week for shipping on non-deck orders.

Tracking Information: To keep you informed, I include tracking information with every order. Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number you provided during checkout.

Shipping Method and Timeframes: I ship all orders using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Most shipments are sent via First-Class, which generally arrives within 2-7 business days after being shipped within the USA. Shipping to Canada can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive once shipped. Time differs when shipping internationally, depending on where you are located, and what shipping service you have chosen.

International Shipping: We do ship internationally!

Shipping Address Responsibility: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the order placement is accurate and up to date. Chems cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses. We kindly request that you double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 7p.m. at City Hall, 118 Hillsboro Avenue, Edwardsville, Illinois. We would love to see you there!
City Council meetings are one of the most important ways we can show community support for the Edwardsville Skatepark Project. A strong turnout proves that local residents care and want to see this become a reality.
We have a petition with over 1,000 local signatures, but unfortunately that’s not enough. We now have to take action by emailing or calling city council members, as well as attending city meetings regularly.
Edwardsville deserves a space that caters to its diverse population's interests - including those who love skateboarding. We urge local authorities to consider this proposal seriously for the betterment of our town's recreational offerings.
