Patience is Key: All Chems Fingerboard Decks are custom made after your order is placed. Your Chems Deck will normally will ship within 1-4 days, but please allow up to 8 days for your custom-made fingerboard order to be processed and shipped. This time can be due to large order volume etc. Rest assured, as the sole person behind Chems FB, I am dedicated to working as efficiently as possible to fulfill and ship each order promptly.

Non-Deck Orders: For non-fingerboard deck orders, I typically ship within 1-3 days after the order is placed. However, please keep in mind that shipping times may vary based on the day and time of your order. Kindly allow up to one week for shipping on non-deck orders.

Tracking Information: To keep you informed, I include tracking information with every order. Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number you provided during checkout.

Shipping Method and Timeframes: I ship all orders using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Most shipments are sent via First-Class, which generally arrives within 2-7 business days after being shipped within the USA. Shipping to Canada can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive once shipped. Time differs when shipping internationally, depending on where you are located, and what shipping service you have chosen.

Chems cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses. We kindly request that you double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
